In Enlivy, notifications help you stay informed about important events happening in your account or workspace. Whether it’s a login attempt, a document sync, or a weekly summary, Enlivy sends real-time alerts to ensure you never miss critical activity.

Most notifications are delivered via email, with full delivery history available directly in the app. This way, you can track what happened, when it happened, and who was notified.

Let’s get started.

Where to Find the Notifications Tab

To view your notifications:

  1. Open the Enlivy app.
  2. Go to the left-side menu.
  3. Click on Notifications.

You’ll be taken to the Notification Dashboard, where you’ll see a chronological list of recent events and deliveries.

Visit https://app.enlivy.com. You’ll arrive at the login screen. New users should click Register to begin the sign-up process.

What Types of Notifications Are Tracked?

The Notifications tab logs automated messages triggered by specific system events. These events are typically related to:

  • Client logins and authentication
  • Data exchange syncs (e.g., eFactura or ANAF)
  • Weekly summaries or recaps

Each notification entry includes the event type, delivery method, timestamp, and full recipient details.

Understanding the Notification Dashboard

The Notification Dashboard gives you insight into how and when a notification was delivered. For every notification, you’ll see:

  • Title – e.g., “Exchanges Synced” or “Client Portal Session”
  • Event Identifier – e.g., network_exchange_sync, custom_portal_authentication
  • Type – usually email
  • Delivered At – the exact date and time the message was sent

You can click View next to any notification to open full details.

What’s Inside a Notification Record?

When you click View, you’ll see all the technical and delivery info:

  • Event Type – the system name of the event (e.g., custom_portal_authentication)
  • Delivery Type – typically email
  • Delivery Time – exact timestamp
  • From Name – e.g., api.enlivy.com
  • From Email – Enlivy system sender (e.g., no-reply@enlivy.com)
  • To Email – the email address where it was sent
  • To User – the Enlivy user associated with the notification
