If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security reasons, Enlivy makes it easy to reset your login credentials in just a few steps.

This guide walks you through the full process, from requesting a password reset to logging in with your new credentials.

Go to the Login Page

Visit https://app.enlivy.com. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?

Redirect to Password Reset Page

Clicking the link will take you to https://dev-app.enlivy.com/forgot-password, where you can begin the password reset process.

Enter your e-mail, then click Request Password Reset.

Check Your Email and Enter the Reset Code

fter submitting your email, you’ll stay on the same page. A message will appear instructing you to check your email for a 6-digit reset token.

Now, on this same screen, you’ll see:

  • A field to confirm your new password
  • A field for the 6-digit code
  • A field to enter a new password

Enter the code you received via email and your new password, then click Set New Password.

Don’t forget to click Set New Password in order to continue.

Password Updated

If everything is entered correctly, you’ll see a confirmation message:

Password updated – your password has been changed successfully.

Click View Sign In Form to return to the login screen.

Password Tips

For a secure password, we recommend:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • A combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Avoid personal information or common words
