If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few minutes using the email address associated with your Enlivy account.
This guide walks you through requesting a password reset, setting a new password, and signing back into Enlivy.
Open the password reset page
Go to app.enlivy.com.
On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
Request a password reset
You’ll be redirected to the password reset page.
Enter the email address associated with your Enlivy account, then click Request Password Reset.
The page contains:
- Request Password Reset
- Cancel, return to login
Check your email
After submitting your email address, you’ll be taken to the password reset confirmation screen.
This page informs you that a password reset token has been sent to your email address. You’ll see the following fields:
- Reset Token
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Set New Password
- Resend Password Reset Token
Do not close this page — you’ll return here after retrieving your reset token.
Retrieve the reset token
Open your email inbox and look for the password reset email sent by Enlivy. Copy the reset token from the email.
Tip: If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder. You can also click
Resend Password Reset Token.
Create a new password
Return to the password reset page. Paste the reset token into the Reset Token field, then enter your new password and confirm it.
For better security, choose a strong password that includes:
- At least 8 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (such as
#,$,@, or!)
After completing the fields, click Set New Password.
Password updated
If everything was entered correctly, you’ll see a Password Updated! confirmation telling you the password has been changed successfully.
Click View Sign In Form to return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
