Before you can start creating invoices, managing clients, or tracking your business, you’ll need to add your organization to Enlivy.
The setup process is slightly different depending on your country. For supported countries such as Romania, Enlivy can automatically retrieve your company’s public information. For all other countries, you’ll simply enter the information manually.
Create your first organization
After creating and verifying your Enlivy account, you’ll arrive on the Welcome screen.
Here you’ll see a brief introduction to Enlivy and a Create your organization button. Click it to begin.
Adding a Romanian organization
If your company is registered in Romania, Enlivy can automatically import most of your company information.
Select your country
The first screen asks where your organization is registered. If your computer’s timezone is set to Romania, the country may already be detected automatically.
Enter your company’s CUI (Registration Number) and click Look up.
Alternatively, you can choose Skip and enter manually if you prefer not to use automatic lookup.
Confirm the company
Enlivy will search public company records and display the matching organization.
Carefully verify that:
- The company name is correct.
- The registration details match your business.
If everything is correct, click Use this company.
Review company information
Most company information will already be filled in automatically. Review the details and update anything that needs changing.
This page includes information such as:
- Company Name
- Company Slug
- Legal Structure
- Time Zone
- Registration Details
- Company Address
- Primary Language (Locale)
- Additional Languages (optional)
- Primary Currency
- Additional Currencies (optional)
If your business operates in multiple languages or currencies, you can enable additional locales and currencies here.
Once you’re happy with everything, click Save Changes.
Organization created
Your organization has now been added successfully.
You’ll automatically be redirected to your Enlivy dashboard, where you can begin managing your business.
Adding an organization outside Romania
If your organization is registered in a country where automatic lookup isn’t available, the process is completed manually.
Select your country
Choose the country where your organization is registered.
In many cases, Enlivy will automatically suggest a country based on your computer’s timezone, but you can change it at any time.
Click Continue to proceed.
Complete your company information
Fill in the required information about your organization.
Company Information
- Country
- The country where your organization is legally registered.
- Legal Structure (Type)
- Select the legal structure of your business — for example LLC, Inc., Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or Partnership. The available options depend on the selected country.
- Company Name
- Enter the official legal name of your organization.
- Company Slug
- A unique identifier used by Enlivy for public-facing URLs and internal organization references.
- Time Zone
- Choose the timezone your organization operates in. This affects timestamps across invoices, activities, reports, and other business records.
Registration Details
Depending on your country, additional registration fields may appear, such as Company Number, Employer Identification Number (EIN), VAT / VIES Number, or EORI Number. Complete any fields that apply to your organization.
Company Address
Provide your company’s registered business address. Required fields include Region / State, City, ZIP / Postal Code and Address Line 1, with Address Line 2 optional.
Languages
Choose the primary language your organization will use.
If your business operates in multiple languages, enable Do you use other locales besides the primary one? to add additional locales.
Currencies
Select the primary currency used by your business.
If you invoice or work in multiple currencies, enable Do you work with additional currencies? and add the currencies you need.
Save your organization
After reviewing all information, click Save Changes.
Your organization will immediately be created and you’ll be redirected to the Enlivy dashboard.
