Enlivy gives you fast, reliable ways to locate anything in your workspace — whether it’s a customer invoice, a network exchange document, or a specific clause in a contract.

This guide walks you through the Global Search and the contextual search bars available inside each module.

Global Search

The Global Search bar is available at the top center of the Enlivy interface.

It allows you to search across your entire organization, in every module and data type, from a single input.

How it works:

Start typing keywords, invoice numbers, client names, file names, contract, playbooks, sums, basically anything.

Each result is ranked by relevance and includes a match percentage, so you can quickly identify the best fit for your search.

The higher the percentage, the closer the result matches your intent, helping you locate exactly what you need with confidence.

Examples

In the following screenshots, you’ll see examples of how Enlivy’s Global Search works in action. We’ll demonstrate searches for a business partner, an invoice prefix, a contract, and an internal playbook.

Module-Level Search

Each main module inside Enlivy has its own dedicated search bar and filter options to help narrow down your search within that module.

These module-specific searches let you quickly zero in on what matters most in your current context.

How it works

Whether you’re reviewing invoices, managing contracts, analyzing reports, or tracking transactions, you can filter by relevant attributes like names, dates, statuses, tags, identifiers, and more.

For example, in financial modules like Invoices, Receipts, or Bank Transactions, you can filter by fields such as client name, payment status, date range, currency, or transaction amount.

In content-based modules like Contracts, Playbooks, or Files, you might search by title, associated parties, or document type.

These contextual tools adapt to the structure and needs of each area, allowing you to search with precision.

You can combine multiple filters, use keyword matching, and sort results to quickly locate exactly what you’re looking for, without leaving the module you’re working in.
